- Venison steaks
- Salt and Pepper
- All purpose flour
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. olive oil or canola oil
Directions

1Remove any of the white outer edges that may have been left on with a sharp knife.

2Place steaks on a large cutting board and tenderize by beating steaks with a knife on both sides or using meat tenderizer.

3Sprinkle the steaks on each side lightly with salt and pepper.

4Coat steaks with flour.

5Heat skillet on medium heat and add

7Gently place steaks in hot oil and cook on medium heat turning as they brown.

8Steaks may need to be turned more than once.

9When steaks are well done and browned nicely, remove to serving platter.

10Garnish with red peppers (cayenne or jalapeno-either fresh or dried).
