- venison steaks, cubed (approximately 6 to 8 steaks)
- 2 to 3 large Vidalia onions, sliced
- 3 large bell peppers, sliced
- 1 jar mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- 3/4 c. canola oil
Directions

1Salt and pepper steaks to taste.

2May use seasoned salt, if desired.

3Coat steaks with flour.

4Place steak in skillet with hot oil.

5Brown.

6Remove from skillet until all are browned.

7Place onions and bell peppers into skillet and cook until tender.

8Add drained mushrooms.

9Simmer approximately 5 minutes more.

10Steaks may be returned to pan and allowed to simmer for 10 minutes or onions, peppers and mushrooms may be served as a side dish.
