- oil
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1 soup can Burgundy wine
- 2 pkg. frozen stew vegetables or whole onions, carrots and small potatoes
Directions

1Brown stew meat in black iron pot in a small amount of oil. Add seasoning, soup, wine and vegetables. Cover and bake at 200° for no less than 8 hours.
