  • 2 lb. boneless venison
  • oil
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can Burgundy wine
  • 2 pkg. frozen stew vegetables or whole onions, carrots and small potatoes

    Brown stew meat in black iron pot in a small amount of oil. Add seasoning, soup, wine and vegetables. Cover and bake at 200° for no less than 8 hours.
