- 8 oz. pkg. cooked and cooled spaghetti (vermicelli)
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded finely
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 pt. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- salt to taste
Directions

1Mix cabbage, carrots, celery, green pepper, and onions together.

2Add vermicelli and mix thoroughly.

3Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and salt.

4Add to other mixture and stir to mix.

5Make one day ahead.

6Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
