Vermicelli Spaghetti Salad

  • 8 oz. pkg. cooked and cooled spaghetti (vermicelli)
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded finely
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 pt. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Mix cabbage, carrots, celery, green pepper, and onions together.

    Add vermicelli and mix thoroughly.

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and salt.

    Add to other mixture and stir to mix.

    Make one day ahead.

    Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
