- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. peeled, diced, cooked potatoes
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cream-style corn (1 lb.)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Directions

1In saucepan, melt butter.

2Saute onion and celery until tender.

3Add potatoes, milk and corn.

4Heat to serving temperature.

5Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted.

6If necessary, return to low heat to finish melting cheese.
