  • 4 Eggs - separated
  • 1 1/4 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (scant)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp Baking Powder

    Beat egg whites until stiff

    Beat egg yokes & add buttermilk
  3. 3
    Stir in flour, sugar, oil, salt & baking powder

    Fold in beaten egg whites

    Cook on lighly greased skillet
