  • 2 ripe pears
  • 5 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 14 cup unsalted cashews
  • 14 cup lite olive oil
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper
  • 14 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
  • 12 teaspoon dried marjoram (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped)
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped)

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth (use steel blade).
