- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pineapple (crushed), undrained
Directions

1Mix eggs, oil and sugar well.

2Add nuts, coconut, pineapple, flour and vanilla.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a tube pan on lower rack in oven.

4When baked, punch holes in top of cake and pour the glaze over cake.

5Leave in pan overnight.
