  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pineapple (crushed), undrained

Directions

    Mix eggs, oil and sugar well.

    Add nuts, coconut, pineapple, flour and vanilla.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a tube pan on lower rack in oven.

    When baked, punch holes in top of cake and pour the glaze over cake.

    Leave in pan overnight.
