- 5 c. cooked white rice
- 1 c. onions, sliced
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 c. carrots, sliced and chopped
- 1 c. bean sprouts (whole)
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. beef steak
- 1/2 lb. sausage meat
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp (cut in half and cleaned)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sauce
Directions

1Have all ingredients ready in a large pot.

2Add oil, garlic and beef that has been cut in small pieces.

3Add sausage meat and carrots.

4Cook until all meat is done.

5Add both onions and mushrooms at this time.

6Cook 1 minute.

7Add bean sprouts, cook 1/2 minute.

8Make a well in the middle of the mixture.

9Add eggs. When eggs start to bead, add shrimp.

10When the shrimp starts to turn pink, add the rice and keep stirring until completely mixed. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
