- 16 oz. whipping cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- raspberry or strawberry syrup
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water.

2Heat cream and sugar just before boiling.

3Add gelatin.

4Remove from heat.

5Add sour cream. Stir until smooth.

6Add vanilla extract.

7Mold in individual (plain) salad molds.

8Refrigerate until molded.

9Serve or top with raspberry or strawberry syrup.

10This makes enough for about 25 to 30 servings.
