- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2Cut in butter.

3Mix together whipping cream, egg and vanilla and add to mixture.

4Roll out and cut into circles.

5Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 13 to 15 minutes.

6Serve with jam and whipped cream.
