- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. noodles (medium)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 carrot, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 lb. mushroom pieces, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced and skinned
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. chicken, cut up and cooked
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cook noodles; drain.

3Melt butter.

4Cook onion, pepper, carrot and mushrooms until tender.

5Stir in tomato, flour, paprika, salt and chicken stock; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.

6Stir in sour cream, chicken and noodles. Turn into buttered 3-quart casserole and bake 20 minutes.
