- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
Directions

1heat a large pan over medium heat.Add sugar and water and cook until sugar start to melt and turn brown.

2Stir frequently for 15 minutes.Then, remove the pan and pour the caramel into a bowl.

3Clean the pan with hot water. Heat olive oil and add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes then, remove it in a bowl.

4Add 2 thin cut chicken breasts that have been seasoned with salt and pepper to the pan and cook it for 10 minutes.

5Add caramel, soya sauce and the reserved onion, garlic and ginger.

6Reduce the heat and cook it for 20 minutes.
