  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup nuts

    In a large pan mix and cook pudding as directed on box.

    Add cake mix and stir.

    Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 X 13 baking pan.

    Sprinkle nuts over the top and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350.
