- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar, flour and salt.

2Mix thoroughly. Slowly add boiling water.

3Add vinegar and cook over double boiler until thick and smooth. Add lemon flavoring.

4Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites for meringue on top. Cook until brown.
