- 3 eggs, divided
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups boiling water
Directions

1Put in double boiler (except egg whites), and cook until thick.

2Pour into baked crust & cover with Merange.

3Merange: whisk 3 eggs whites into stiff peaks and put it over the pie.

4Then when you want to cook your Merange on the Pie you can either use one of those little torches and just get the top of the peaks brown or as dark as you like it.

5That is what I use to do mine, or you can put it in the oven and brown the merange on top of your pie, but on leave it for just a few seconds or until its as brown as you like it , use your own judgement on that .
