  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • lemon flavoring

Directions

    Pour in baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue topping.

    Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes, until meringue is cooked and brown.
