  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
  • crust (enough for double crust pie)

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell and cover with lattice top.

    Bake at 375° until set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
