Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast (1/4 oz.)
- 2/3 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.

2Add eggs, sugar, salt, butter and 2 cups flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Add enough flour to form a soft dough.

5Turn out onto a floured surface.

6Knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

7Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.

8Punch the dough down.
