  • 1 c. peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine beaten eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter in bowl.

    Stir in chopped peanuts.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
