  • tenderized round steak
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • flour
  • oil

Directions

    Cut steak into serving size pieces.

    Dredge in flour.

    Sear or brown in skillet with small amount of oil.

    Place in a roaster. Add mixture made from soups and water.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
