  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

Directions

    Sift together in mixing bowl first 5 ingredients.

    Add next 4 and stir until smooth.

    Pour into an ungreased 8x8 square pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Use any glaze or icing but must be iced and served from pan.

    If quantity is doubled bake in 9x13 pan.
