- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2Combine flour and next 4 ingredients and mix well; add to the first mixture and beat 1 minute.

3Pour into 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
