- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Milk, Nonfat or 1%
- 2 Large Eggland's Best eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Directions

1Beat eggs, add milk.

2Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into egg mixture. Mix gently but do not over mix. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

3Add oil and mix again.

4Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron and cook to a light golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

5Notes and Suggestions

6For variation add either blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter before cooking or top with bananas, strawberries, peaches or any fruit of your choice. Drizzle with pure maple syrup or top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup for a sweet treat!
