- 2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 each eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup Milk (or almond milk)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat waffle iron.

2Add oil if necessary to prevent sticking.

3Place dry ingredients into a bowl.

4Whisk to combine ingredients.

5In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, whisk well until mixed.

6Combine wet and dry ingredients.

7Whisk until smooth.

8Pour waffle batter as needed onto waffle iron.

9If batter is too thick: add milk.

10If too runny: add flour.

11Cook until stream stops or add desired.

12If you add too much batter, this will happen (see photo).

13Don't worry, adjust as needed.
