  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Preheat waffle iron.

    Add oil if necessary to prevent sticking.

    Place dry ingredients into a bowl.

    Whisk to combine ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, whisk well until mixed.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients.

    Whisk until smooth.

    Pour waffle batter as needed onto waffle iron.

    If batter is too thick: add milk.

    If too runny: add flour.

    Cook until stream stops or add desired.
