Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 tsp. tapioca
  • 3 lb. stew meat, cut up (no fat)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • season to taste (I use 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. basil leaves)

Directions

    Stir tapioca together with soup and water.

    Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.

    Place in 250° oven for 5 hours. Do not lift lid.
