- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Directions

1Saute onion in butter. Add liquid and salt; bring to the boil. Add rice; cook 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
