Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans refried beans (10 1/2 ounce. can)
  • 1 jar chunky salsa, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. guacamole dip, optional
  • 1 can sliced, liquid removed black olives
  • 1 pkg. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. minced peppers

Directions

    Mix 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise with 1 package taco seasoning mix.

    Brown hamburger according to directions on second taco seasoning package.

    Spread beans on large platter then top with above mix.

    Mix hamburger, salsa, onions, sliced black olives, shredded cheese, rest of lowfat sour cream and peppers; layer on top of dip and beans.

    Arrange 2 bags of tortilla chips around dip or possibly in a basket.

    This dip will change its flavor with each bite.
