  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 tsp. black walnut extract
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.

    Sift flour; add baking powder and salt.

    Add to butter mixture, alternating with milk. Add chopped walnuts.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.
