  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine dry pudding mix as it comes from the box, thawed whipped topping, undrained pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Chill for several hours or overnight.

    Serve on lettuce.
