- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 medium green peppers, cubed
- 4 green onions, bias-sliced
- 1 c. walnut halves
Directions

1Blend soy sauce into cornstarch.

2Stir in sherry, ginger root, sugar, salt and red pepper.

3Preheat wok or skillet over high heat.

4Stir-fry peppers and onions in oil about 2 minutes. Remove.

5Add walnuts to wok and stir-fry about 2 minutes.

6Remove. Add half of chicken to wok; stir-fry about 2 minutes.

7Remove and stir-fry other half.
