Walnut-Fruit Tart

  • 2 cups chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, ground
  • 2/3 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 kiwis, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup each raspberries and sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1 tsp. water

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Combine nuts, 1/3 cup sugar, flour and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.

    Bake 10 min.

    ; cool completely.

    Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.

    Spread onto crust to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with fruit.

    Mix jam and water in microwaveable bowl.

    Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec.

    or until jam is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred; brush onto fruit.

    Refrigerate 1 hour before removing side of pan to serve.
