- 1 1/2 cups walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
Directions

1In a food processor, process walnuts, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of the bowl as necessary.

2Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pulse to blend.

3Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
