- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; mix well.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Let cool; store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

5Serve over ice cream. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
