- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts, cut up coarse
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust shell
Directions

1Mix in saucepan the sugar and flour.

2Add corn syrup and butter.

3Warm over low heat until butter is melted.

4In large bowl, beat eggs with vanilla.

5Stir in sugar mixture and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie crust shell.

6Bake at 350° for 60 minutes, then turn oven off for 10 more minutes.

7Serve with whipped cream.
