- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 sticks oleo (margarine)
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts
Directions

1Use 1/4 cup flour to coat walnuts.

2Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.

3Combine all ingredients except walnuts in large mixing bowl, blending together.

4Beat for 3 minutes.

5Add walnuts and stir until blended.

6Pour into pan and bake 60 to 70 minutes or until cake springs back.

7Cool in pan 15 minutes.
