  • 7 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped, toasted
  • 10 1/2 ounces cucumber peeled, thinly sliced
  • 8 radishes thinly sliced
  • 8 3/4 ounces cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 3/4 ounces radicchio cut into thin strips
  • 5 1/4 ounces romaine lettuce cut into thin strips
  • 1 apple large, cut into wedges
