- 1 bottle French dressing
- pineapple-apricot preserves
- pineapple cubes (optional)
- mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Put chicken parts in baking dish.

2Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.

3Pour dressing over pieces.

4Dot with preserves.

5Marinate at least 2 to 3 hours.

6Bake in 300° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how tender the chicken is.

7Also, baste occasionally and turn when one side is brown.

8Serve on bed of rice or noodles.
