  • 1 fryer, cut up
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 bottle French dressing
  • pineapple-apricot preserves
  • pineapple cubes (optional)
  • mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Put chicken parts in baking dish.

    Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.

    Pour dressing over pieces.

    Dot with preserves.

    Marinate at least 2 to 3 hours.

    Bake in 300° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how tender the chicken is.

    Also, baste occasionally and turn when one side is brown.

    Serve on bed of rice or noodles.
