Warm Chocolate Melting Cake

- 11 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 7 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Remove from heat.

2Mix four of the eggs with the sugar and whisk for a few minutes. Add flour and mix, then add the other three eggs.

3Add egg mixture slowly to the melted chocolate mixture.

4Pour the mixture into dessert ramekin cups.

5Bake directly in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

6Serve with vanilla ice cream, or garnish with shaved sweet chocolate, chocolate sauce or powdered sugar.
