- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- red pepper and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt cream cheese over low heat.

2Add 1 1/2 cups grated cheese; mix.

3Add 1/4 cup wine, garlic powder and peppers to taste; mix well.

4Add crab meat.

5Mix.

6Place mixture in Pyrex pie plate.

7Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese, then red pepper. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

8Serve with Ritz crackers.
