  • 2- 1/2 cups Crab Meat
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion
  • Chopped Chive (to Taste)
  • 16 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese, Preferably With Garden Vegetable Flavor
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry (or To Taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

    Mix crab meat, onion, and chive.

    In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients 3.

    Add crab/onion mixture in and stir lightly so that ingredients are mixed but crab meat does not fall apart to much.

    Pour into baking dish.
