  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1.5 bunches curly kale, ribs removed and leaves torn into bite size bits
  • 1 can navy (cannelini) beans
  • 1 - 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
