- 2 (9 ounce) packages frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 3 23 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 large round loaf sourdough bread
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients Together (except the bread) in a large bowl.

2Cut top off the bread.

3Carefully remove soft bread inside, leaving a 1-inch-thick bowl.

4Cut the inside of bread into bite-sized pieces.

5Pour dip into bowl.

6Wrap bread bowl in foil but leave the dip exposed.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until warm (taste to test).

8Serve with pretzels or bread pieces (the ones you cut out) for dipping.
