Wasabi Crusted Shrimps With Ginger Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wasabi peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Ginger Dip
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1Grind wasabi peas into powder with apinch of salt in a coffee grinder or food processor.

2Sprinkle salt over shrimps.

3Whisk egg white with a pinch of salt until foamy.

4Add shrimp and toss to coat.

5Hold shrimp by the tails and dip into ground wasabi peas to coat the shrimp.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Heat half the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

8Add half of shrimp and fry for 1 to 2 minutes per side until coating is crisy and shrimp are curled.

9Repeat with remaining oil and shrimp.

10Serve hot or cold with ginger dip.
