- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin rice wine
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 1/4 inches fresh ginger finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 snapper fillets
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- steamed rice to serve
- pak choi steamed baby, to serve
Directions

1Combine teriyaki sauce, mirin, onions, ginger, garlic, wasabi and sesame oil. Add snapper, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour, turning once.

2Heat peanut oil in a large, nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Cook fish (reserving marinade) for 2-3 mins per side, until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat. Serve with rice and and baby pak choi. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
