- 7 oz. can whole water chestnuts, drained
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 strips of bacon
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpick.

2Put in 9 x 12-inch pan and bake at 300° for one hour.

3Drain fat.

4Combine catsup, sugar and soy sauce.

5Pour over chestnuts.

6Sauce need not completely cover.

7Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

8Try to keep toothpick clean for people to serve themselves.
