- 1 lb. cooked pinto beans
- 1 (No. 3) can tomatoes
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 small can green chili peppers
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 lb. ground round, cooked and drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute ground round and onion in a large skillet.

2Drain.

3Add to pinto beans, tomatoes, enchilada sauce and seasonings.

4Cook on low heat for 1 hour.

5Serve with corn bread. This works great in crock-pot.
