  • 1 c. club soda or ginger ale
  • 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

    Mix together cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil, eggs and ginger ale.

    Beat 3 to 4 minutes, then add chopped nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, using a 9 x 13-inch pan or tube pan.
