  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping (whipped cream)
  • 1 small bag miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl combine pineapple and dry pudding mix. Mix in whipped topping, marshmallows and nuts.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
