  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding and pie filling
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 (10 oz.) nondairy whipped topping

    Mix pineapple with pudding and add marshmallows, nuts and 1/4 of whipped topping.

    Put remaining topping on top and chill 2 hours.
